What is the return policy?
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, once an order is shipped.
While we do not accept returns, we will gladly replace items that arrive incorrect due to our error.
If you receive an incorrect item:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@solarbeingla.com with your order number and photos of the item recieved.

When will I get my order?
Most of our products are made through a pre-order process. Orders can take up to 1 month to process before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on the way.
Each piece is hand made with care. We appreciate your patience.
How do i take care of my sculpted hair extensions
SOLAR BEING Sculpted Hair Extensions™ are not treated like traditional hair extensions. Spot-clean & Do Not submerge in water. Keep them away from high heat. To dry, use a blow dryer on a low, warm setting.
Why do you not sell real hair?
SOLAR BEING Sculpted Hair Extensions™ are created with a different priority: preserving their sculpted shape, bounce-back, and sharing the art of natural hair sculpting.
Our extensions are not meant to be fully submerged in water, dyed if the process requires full immersion, or styled with heat, so the qualities of human hair are not necessary for our designs.
Our Sculpted Hair Extensions™ are crafted in small batches with each pair sculpted entirely by hand. This level of attention ensures every set meets our high standard of artistry and durability.
