At SOLAR BEING, every piece is handmade with care and intention. Because of the time and artistry that goes into each creation, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

Damages or Issues

Your happiness matters to us. While we can’t offer returns, we will try to make it right if something arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If there is an issue, email contact@solarbeingla.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can review and provide a resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Because each product is handcrafted, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Handmade hair pieces & accessories

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Beauty or personal care products


European Union Customers

For customers in the European Union: While EU law typically offers a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases, this does not apply to handmade or custom-made items. All of our products fall under this exemption.
