Kickstarter Update Announcement

Due to an ongoing legal process that is currently impacting our workflow, our hair extension production has experienced delays. We want to reassure every backer that all rewards will still be fulfilled. Nothing has changed regarding our commitment to completing every order.

As stated on our Kickstarter page, our fulfillment window extends to March 2026. While this remains our final buffer date it is still subject to change. Please know that we are actively working to ship out all rewards well before this deadline. Despite the challenges placed in our path, we remain fully dedicated to finishing what we started and delivering everything you pledged for.

All Solar Being hair extensions are sculpted entirely by hand. The full production, packaging, and fulfillment process is completed by just the two of us. Because of this, unexpected obstacles can slow things down, but they never stop us.

How do I take care of my Sculpted Hair Extensions™?

SOLAR BEING™ Sculpted Hair Extensions are not treated like traditional hair extensions.

• Do not submerge in water.

• Spot clean only.

• Keep away from high heat & open flames.

• To dry, use a blow dryer on a low, cool setting.

These care steps will help maintain the sculpted shape and longevity of your extensions.

Our hair extensions are made to last. 

However, we highly recommend The Hair Sculpt Case™ to maintain your extensions with perfection.

Why do you not sculpt real hair?

SOLAR BEING™ Sculpted Hair Extensions are created with a different priority: preserving their sculpted shape, bounce-back, and sharing the art of natural hair sculpting.

• Our extensions are not meant to be fully submerged in water, dyed if the process requires full immersion, or styled with heat.

• Because of this, the qualities of human hair are not necessary for our designs.

• Each pair is crafted in small batches, sculpted entirely by hand to ensure artistry, durability, and high quality.

What is the return policy?

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns once an order has shipped.

• However, we will gladly replace items that arrive incorrect due to our error.

If you receive an incorrect item:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@solarbeingla.com

2. Include your order number and photos of the item received.

When will I get my order?

• Our products are made through a pre-order process.

• Orders can take up to 1 month to process before shipping.

• Therefore we ask for atleast 2 months to create and ship your items. 

• You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on the way.

Every piece is handmade with care and precision, and we appreciate your patience.
