Processing Time

Most Solar Being items are made to order and crafted by hand. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be processed before shipping. This time allows us to give each piece the attention, detail, and care it deserves.

If your item is already in stock, it will ship within 3–5 business days. Processing times for each product are listed in the description so you’ll know what to expect before purchasing.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 1–3 weeks (varies by country and customs processing)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to postal service issues, weather, or customs inspections.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving a handmade piece that is not yet ready to ship. These items are produced in small batches and may take up to 4 weeks before they leave our studio. We appreciate your patience — your item is being made especially for you.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our studio and is scanned by the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’ll do our best to assist you, but we cannot issue refunds for packages lost or delayed in transit.
