CARE & MAINTENANCE
Unlike traditional hair extensions, SOLAR BEING™ Hair Extensions are sculpted pieces designed to hold their shape. Because of this, they require a different type of maintenance than a regular wash and dry.
They should not be submerged in water. It can potentially trap moisture inside. Keep them fully dry and store them in their care box when not in use.
We highly recommend adding The Hair Sculpt Case™ to your purchase to maintain your pieces to perfection.
To clean, spot-clean only. Light water contact is okay—just be sure to remove all moisture with a blow dryer on a low, cool setting.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
All of our products are hand made and are made through a pre-order process.
Orders can take up to 1 month to process before shipping.
Therefore we ask for atleast 2 months to create and ship your items.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on the way.
Every piece is handmade with care, and we truly appreciate your patience.
Returns
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns once an order has shipped.
However, we will gladly replace items that arrive incorrect due to our error.
If you receive an incorrect item:

- Include your order number and photos of the item received.
